SHIPPING OPTIONS

DELIVERY SERVICE

Items are despatched via courier. We aim to despatch in stock items within 48 hours of receiving the order. This is subject to the time of ordering, weekends and any national holidays.

Prices for shipping vary depending on the size of the item and/or the carton quantities. See checkout page for specific details.

We offer free local delivery on specific items. If you quality this will show during the checkout stage.

Current postcodes which fall into the free delivery are: S8, S18, S11, S17 and S41. Orders placed within this area will be delivered by our own delivery driver.

FORTHCOMING RELEASES

Forthcoming releases are dispatched as they become available and will be shipped together wherever possible. If released at different times order items will be subject to additional separate shipping charges.

PARCEL FORCE COURIER SERVICE

Next day delivery for much of the UK, including Saturdays. Full track and trace system.

WORLDWIDE POSTAGE

We currently only ship the the UK. No international postage is available.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being taken however this is not a guarantee and in busy times can take longer. 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

  1. If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at info@laid-backliving.co.uk, call us on +44 (0) 114 2551 436 or by post to: Rails of Sheffield Ltd, 21-29 Chesterfield Road, Sheffield, S8 0RL
  2. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
  3. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
    1. you provided the wrong address for delivery;
    2. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
    3. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
    4. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
    5. if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
    6. if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
